Conditions We Treat
Cervicogenic Dizziness: This type of dizziness originates from the neck, often due to issues with the cervical spine. Causes include neck injuries, stiffness, arthritis, or other conditions affecting the upper spine. Common symptoms are sensations of spinning or dizziness accompanied by neck pain.
Post-BPPV Dizziness: Even after successful treatment for Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), some individuals continue to experience lingering dizziness or imbalance. This can be due to residual effects on the inner ear or other underlying conditions.
Concussion-Related Dizziness: Following a concussion or head injury, many individuals report dizziness or vertigo. This can be due to a combination of factors, including injury to the inner ear, vestibular system, or neck.
Neck Injury-Related Dizziness: Injuries to the neck, such as whiplash or strains, can lead to dizziness or vertigo. This is often due to the close relationship between the neck and the body’s balance systems.
For each condition, it’s essential to consult with a healthcare professional for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment. At Moxey Health, our team of experts is equipped to evaluate, diagnose, and treat these conditions, guiding you on the path to recovery.

We will evaluate your pain, treat your problem and teach you how to live a pain free life.

Client Testimonials
Steve has been hands down the best therapist I have ever seen! As former collegiate athlete and current professional athlete I have struggled with injuries over the years. When first seeing steve I had an array of nagging injuries but since seeing him I have been injury free for over a year! He knows the body and how to get you healthy and stay healthy. Beyond his skills as a therapist he is such a genuine and positive person to be around. He has helped to calm any worries or concerns about an injury more then once. I have recommended him to all my friend and will continue to do so.
Steve has literally saved my running career! I have been in pain for so many years now, I actually forgot what it felt like to run without it. It is such a wonderful feeling to be able to wake up and just head out the door, feeling fantastic from the very first step. I know that going forward, with Steve’s help and my new found health, I will be able to reach goals that were previously unattainable. I only wish I had found him sooner!
His therapy has been life altering for me. He has the ability to locate the underlying source of the pain, and than almost instantly, bring relief. His knowledge of the human body is astounding. He insists it’s not “genius” as I have described it, but his desire to restore his patients to wellness and well-being…as indeed has been the case for me. Through his therapy and specific strengthening exercises, I am pain free for the first time in many years.
Steve has helped me tremendously and is an Olympic certified level Manual Therapy Physical Therapist. He has techniques that work like no other physical therapist that I have seen. I have become stronger and more flexible than ever through his methods. He has an office in North San Diego. Very easy to talk to. Lawrence.
I don’t think I could ever say enough good things about you or your abilities, and they are all true. Once again, I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve had to learn from you and work with you:
Steve: Thanks for getting me healthy!
Go Bolts!
